Location - DartfordWhat a day looks like in the role:
•Every day consists of speaking to customers and representing our clients/brands which we demonstrate in 3 different campaigns; Business to business, business to consumer, and events.
•Our office opens from Monday-Saturday. The working days are flexible, however, we are looking for people who are able to work at least 4 full days a week.
•One on one coaching and mentoring to collectively hit targets.
•Team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to increase productivity.
•Regular fun social activities to reward yourselves for your hard work and team bonding.
•National & International events and work trips to network and upskill (all business expenses paid).
What the team is looking for:
•Experience is certainly valued but not mandatory as full sales coaching and product training is provided.
•They are looking for people who work well in both a team and independently.
•Hard Working attitude, honest and enthusiastic to learn.
•Great communication skills.
•Due to the role being subcontracted and earnings being purely commission-based, your income is expected to grow as you gain more experience. You can expect the average you can begin to make being approximately £350-£600 paid weekly.
