About The Role:

The company are currently looking for a well-motivated and organised individual, to provide remote support, diagnostics and configuration to security systems in the UK and Europe. The individual should ideally have a good operational knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems combined with a proficient knowledge of IT systems.

The role will be based in their Kent office, providing support to both end user customers and field engineers. This role will be predominantly office based but may also include site visits as and when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for their next career step within a rapidly expanding company that focuses on providing outstanding customer service.

Due to the nature of our business, the ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term position allowing for personal development and progression within the company.
