Become part of a thriving Residential Property division at a highly regarded legal practice based in Kent!An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed professional to support solicitors and a senior team member within our busy Residential Conveyancing team.Core duties will include:

  • Typing from audio dictation
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients
  • Overseeing and updating client case files
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging appointments
  • Carrying out land and property searches
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in a conveyancing support role, with particular knowledge of the processes around completions and exchanges.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
