- Handling all new client enquiries and organising initial meetings
- Sending client documentation and conducting compliance checks (including SmartSearch)
- Opening new files on the Practice Management System
- Preparing files for closure and ensuring accurate archiving
- Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within an Estate Administration or Private Client team
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- A proactive team player with a professional and positive attitude
