Access Licence Co-ordinator

Annual Salary: £50K + (Depending on experience) Location: DartfordFull-time Permanent Opportunity 

I am seeking an Access Licence Co-ordinator for my Dartford based home construction client!

The successful candidate will join their Building Safety Division. This role involves managing negotiations for investigation and works access licences, ensuring safety and compliance in our historic buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Construction, Commercial) and external stakeholders (Legal Consultants) to secure access licences.
  • Manage building projects across the UK, dealing with both leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of individual cases.
  • Work independently and support the team to complete tasks under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Paralegal in a legal practice or insurance business, focusing on contract and construction law.
  • A confident personality, able to effectively negotiate. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant legal qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
