Senior Site Manager
This Site Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm with a large order book.
You will be working with an experienced Project Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large 39m new build steel frame warehouse which runs from the beginning of October into Spring 2025.
The Project Manager will be based on site and the day to day running of the site will be down to you.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
- Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from groundworks to completion.
- Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Requirements for Senior Site Manager
- SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Relevant experience
The firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2025. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in Kent and the future work will be based in South East England.
