ROLE - Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager (North Kent)
Based in North Kent, can work from office with any visits as needed with clients
Accounts, Sub-Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Clients, Install Teams,
Associate Technical Install Director,
REQUIREMENTS - for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS/ Commercial Manager
- Must have experience with contract review/ construction contracts - JCT & NEC4,
- Experience dealing with Tier 1 & 2 contractors, Completing Final account negotiations
- Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related (as Commercial Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Director)
If you have been managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account, with contractual management/ cost control - and have related experience/ projects as QS/ Commercial Managing sectors like Fire Protection, Fire Detection, Fire and Security, Building services, etc... do apply!
