Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation in Dartford to recruit a Manager of Office Administration and Executive PA to join their team. This is an exciting, full-time 12 month contract role.

Job:

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the administrative duties and processes across office operations. The role is expected to inspire continuous improvement and elimination of waste across office functions. The role also includes leadership of the administration support and customer communications and internal messaging to promote employee engagement. The role also provides direct assistance to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the efficient provision of administrative support to the functions in main office and in particular the MD and his RLT based in Dartford.
  • Preparation and execution of customer communications as agreed with the Regional Market Development Director, and in collaboration with regional business development. Creation and management of employee engagement communications through the company employee APP.

Main duties:

  • Support hybrid working model in office and identify opportunities or improvement in the environment or use of the space available. Liaise with Facilities team to enable this goal.
  • Comprehensive administrative support to the departments detailed above as well as other departments to the extent required and that time permits.
  • To arrange meetings (Regional Leadership Team, Company Updates, Customer Audit etc.) on the Company site and ensure that all appropriate facilities are available for the duration of the meetings.
  • Coordination of controlling, updating, reviewing, issuing and collating SOPS and maintaining records consistent with company policy and external standards.
  • Organising travel for employees based in Dartford in line with company travel policy.
  • To drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the admin team and lead by example for other office functions across the site.
  • Participate in annual communications plan development, with leading role in employee engagement communications.
  • Manage relevant market communications such as customer events, registrations and follow up working with the Market Development Director, and in line with SBU market plan and global standards.
  • Send compliance mailings as required under the guideline of the global standard operating procedure.
  • Support the execution of external trade shows to meet global standards, on schedule and within budget.
  • Continuous improvement and efficiencies across all admin operations and tangible savings and intangible benefits in terms of internal customer experience
  • Efficient processes and clarity of expectation: Aging of SOP, Efficient travel, Lean in Office metrics.
  • Employee engagement in communications
