Are you an experienced survey report checker in Kent seeking a career-enhancing opportunity? Would you like to work at a highly regarded Environmental Consultancy, one of the few in the UK to hold the highest accreditation's across the Water, Fire, and Asbestos sectors?My client is offering a temporary or permanent hybrid-working survey report checker role based out of their Kent office, a beautifully converted barn in a lovely village just outside Dartford. This is an opportunity to work with a large portfolio of private and public clients in the consultancy world.The role entails:

  • Thoroughly reviewing survey reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identifying and flagging any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential errors in the reports
  • Verifying the accuracy of data, including sampling locations, material identification, and analytical results
  • Ensuring reports adhere to established formatting guidelines and are presented clearly and concisely
  • Collaborating with survey teams to address any issues or concerns identified during the review process
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of quality control procedures to enhance the accuracy and reliability of reports

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in reviewing survey reports or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using the TEAMS surveyor report system
  • Experience dealing with surveys in the consultancy world
  • A car, as the office is not easily accessible by public transport
