Your new companyI'm pleased to be partnering with a market leader who specialises in the finance & delivery of large-scale residential developments across the South-East. The management team has many years' experience in the financing of residential and commercial developments, structuring of land purchase agreements, and the practical delivery of ready-to-build development sites. Due to an unprecedented number of live sites and a strong pipeline of schemes, the management team are seeking an experienced Development Manager who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness as well as have experience in land acquisition and be competent in all areas of planning.Your new roleYou will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for current and strategic future developments. You will play a key part in the business in going out and sourcing new opportunities across the South East, with Kent and Sussex being key target areas. What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally come from a developer or housebuilder background and possess strong knowledge of development and planning. You will need to have experience on large-scale strategic residential projects. You do not necessarily need to possess a degree or be chartered but instead be able to demonstrate your capabilities and technical skills.
