We are currently looking fora Quantity Surveyor to work for a Leading Piling & Ground Engineering Contractor who operate nationally. Our client offersspecialist Piling servicesusingvarious Piling techniques,in all industry sectors.This role will offer a Hybrid working opportunity for the right candidate with excellent career progression working for a market leading Piling & Ground Engineering contractor.

Relevant Qualifications needed;

  • Degree Qualified
  • Progressed steadily from a Groundworks, Piling or related Sub-contractingbackground
  • Previously worked in the Civil engineering sector.
  • Previous experience in a similar role as either an Intermediate QS or Quantity Surveyor level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
  • The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
  • The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
  • The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
  • Contract administration, including change management and maintaining associated registers.
