My client are a highly respected and professional property services company that has been established for over 30 years. Their success within the lettings market and the high volume of properties under management is entirely down to the high standards of people we employ who share our ethos and vision and who are able to adapt quickly to the ever-changing challenges of the property market.
They are seeking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to be based at their Property Management Department in Dartford. The successful applicant will provide support to our lettings staff and the property managers and help deliver a high level of customer services to our landlords and tenants. Preference will be shown to experienced candidates, although, this will not necessarily be the deciding factor and we welcome applications from all professional backgrounds with at least 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
As a Lettings Administrator you will need to:

- Show highly organised administration skills with attention to detail
- Approach all tasks promptly, methodically and professionally
- Be able to make decisions and work without supervision
- Build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues

- Have advanced IT knowledge
- Deal with all incoming enquiries with empathy with a desire to resolve issues
- Ensure your work output is of the highest standard and accurate
- Be able to influence others with a calm and reassuring manner
- Remember to uphold and project our company values and vision
- Be a conscientious and dedicated team member
- ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
Salary:
- Starting salary £27,000 rising with progression.
- The role is full time 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9 am to 6pm.

- Dartford within our purpose-built property management department.
