Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Property Manager to join their property services company based in near Dartford, Kent
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company where there is the opportunity to grow.
The role entails (but is not limited to):
- Managing a portfolio of private residential properties in North West Kent.
- Liaising with all appropriate parties as required.
- Arranging and supervising visits and repairs.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, statutory notices and all ah hoc admin relating to the properties.
- Managing all outstanding rental payments.
- Mediating disputes between landlords and tenants and handling deposit returns.
- This role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The hours are 9AM to 6PM
A successful candidate will have:
- the ARLA qualification (preferred).
- at least 2 years' experience as a Property Manager.
- Experience working within Forklift sales or capital equipment sales
- A full driving licence with own transport.
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience meeting with potential clients face to face
- Experience with tenancy negociations.
- Experience with disputes between parties for tenancies.
The starting salary for this position is dependent on experience, but between £28,000 - £30,000.
Car parking will be paid for.
