Estates Administrator

Location: Gravesend
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £24,672 per annum

We are seeking an experienced administrator for our clients dynamic Estates Department in Gravesend. This role is pivotal in managing the administrative requirements of the Estates functions across the North Kent region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and check contractor compliance
  • Schedule repair works, obtain quotes, and arrange emergency call-outs
  • Monitor the Estate Helpdesk System, ensuring job requests are allocated and progressed to completion
  • Liaise with staff for correct allocation and maintenance of college vehicles

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams
  • Ability to process data quickly and accurately
  • Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
