Up to £60,000 plus package
My client are a passive fire safety contractor who are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to head up their new compliance department.
Due to high demand, they have already accumulated £2.5 million per annum of passive fire projects. They now want to bring someone on board who will head up all compliance across passive fire projects. They see this as a crucial part of their growth as a company in the next few years. .
The Role;
Within this role, you will work along side a Operstions director to start implementing new processes in place with fire safety legislation. You would regularly visit sites to sign off works but also to ensure health and safety and compliance is to the correct standard. Follow up reports as well as communicating back when there are issues and also coming up with solutions. You will report directly in to the Operations director who will support you in making the contracts a success.
The Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire protection contracts. A strong knowledge of processes and up to date legislations in the passive fire sector are crucial. An ability to problem solve and and come up with solutions is also key.
Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members.
