We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team and play a critical role in managing and supporting our engineering teams, enhancing service delivery, and driving operational excellence.

Salary: £40,000-£55,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Location: UK (eligible to work in the UK required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering teams, ensuring they are fully prepared for all scheduled shifts, including day, night, in-hours, and out-of-hours work
  • Oversee job quoting, with training available as needed, and manage job opportunities and billing processes within our CRM
  • Monitor Profit & Loss on jobs, working closely with our finance team to ensure that all projects meet margin targets and scope is accurately billed
  • Foster a collaborative, open communication environment that encourages feedback and teamwork.

Skills & Experience:

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and calm under pressure
  • Strong understanding of data cabling; knowledge of retail tech (e.g., EPOS, digital signage) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and browser-based CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in labour management and a network of engineering contacts is highly desirable
  • Sales and business development experience is advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

  • £40,000-£55,000 annual salary
  • £2,000 annual out-of-hours bonus
