My client is looking for a F&B Duty Manager to play a pivotal role in our vibrant and seasonal operations. Based in the affluent and bustling town of Dartford, you will oversee two of their prestigious restaurant sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee operations of a historical restaurant with high-profile chefs, boasting 30 covers.
- Supervise a bistro, featuring 40 covers inside and a 30-cover bar area.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests.
- Drive the success and growth of both restaurant sites.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has experience in multi-outlet management, preferably within hotel settings and fine dining establishments.
- Possesses excellent soft skills and personal attributes that align with the culture.
- Demonstrates real drive and a passion for being part of a growing project.
- Enjoys autonomy and has the capability to manage their own rota.
