Looking to expand their property and Facilities Management team in the Northwest and bring on an experienced Facilities Manager to join them in their growth plans.About the role: - Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations. - Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites. - Oversee all reactive and pre planned maintenance. - Oversight of all contractors and subcontractors for hard and soft services. - Coordinate and organise sub-contractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships. - To communicate and work alongside property and asset managers with the day to day running of the estate.- to be involved in the hands on and proactive with day to day maintenance
