Facilities Manager Location: Darwen based office (Northwest Travel- Mileage Paid) Salary: £40,000Hours: 37 Hours Per Week 8-4 Monday to Friday About the company A Property Asset Management with a portfolio of both commercial and industrial properties across the UK mainly including office space. Looking to expand their property and Facilities Management team in the Northwest and bring on an experienced Facilities Manager to join them in their growth plans.About the role: - Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations. - Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites. - Oversee all reactive and pre planned maintenance. - Oversight of all contractors and subcontractors for hard and soft services. - Coordinate and organise sub-contractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships. - To communicate and work alongside property and asset managers with the day to day running of the estate.- to be involved in the hands on and proactive with day to day maintenance
