I am working alongside a logistics company in the Liverpool area who are looking to add a Compensations & Benefits Coordinator to their established Benefits team. They are a successful local business and are looking to add an experienced candidate to the department to work closely alongside the department manager day to day. The client is looking for someone from a payroll background that has processed benefits within a payroll setting.

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Technical skills: systems preferred (SAP/SuccessFactors) & excel * Support the busy payroll & Benefits department* Working alongside The Payroll & Benefits Manager to process benefits and other benefits related processes* Getting involved processing a weekly & monthly payroll* Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll & benefits queries.* Working to multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

Benefits

* Salary up to £28000* Pension up to 10%* Hybrid working but mostly onsite* Great benefits such as salary sacrifice schemes, vouchers, gym membership and healthcare related plans

Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 09:00am to 5.00pm with an unpaid break.
