Job Description

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll apply your Level 5 qualification to develop assessment, design and evaluation processes complaint with PAS2035. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a business and further develop technical knowledge of various insulation and heating measures. Salary up to £60,000 DOE

Skills and Requirements

  • Qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator
  • Minimum 1-year experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of various insulation and heating systems
  • Good attention to detail
  • Team player with effective communication skills

Key Accountabilities

Skills/Attributes:

  • Ability to influence and develop people, as well as being able to analyse key data, make decisions and produce reports for both internal management and external clients. An eye for detail and analytical in approach, whilst being able to make commercially astute decisions.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and coordinate that of others to meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding and capability with MSOffice Office suite, ideally with knowledge of industry software e.g., ECMK and The IAA ISA platform.
  • An organised approach to project management with close attention to detail and a keen focus on processes.

Excellent communication skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with key clients and senior management, householders, contractors, planners, architects, engineers, building control officers etc.
  • Advice and coordination services - Set client expectations as to what can be achieved.
  • Understanding of when to seek clarification from other colleagues or experts.
  • Assist decision-making and take projects in an appropriate direction in terms of scale, costs, other priorities etc.
  • Sensitive communication skills including conflict management and resolution.
  • Taking a considered and proportionate approach to risk.
