New Business Assistant - Client Onboarding - Law Firm - Nr Darwen, Lancashire - up to £25k + benefits

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, meticulous and personable Administrator, ideally with experience within the property or financial services industries, to join a successful law firm as their New Business / Onboarding Assistant.

Joining a team that focusses on the onboarding process for new clients, the New Business Assistant will communicate with clients by both telephone and email, therefore we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills (written and spoken). You will also collate information, prepare documentation and maintain in-house databases so you will need to be IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office.

Key responsibilities as the New Business / Onboarding Assistant will include:

  • Assisting clients and referral partners in the production of quotations
  • Responding to client enquiries via the telephone and email, ensuring clients are dealt with efficiently and professionally
  • Preparing documentation
  • Maintaining in-house databases
  • Liaising with internal teams to obtain information
  • Providing an outstanding level of service to clients and referral partners
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in a busy administrative role
  • Experience gained in the property / conveyancing or financial services environment is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
  • Customer service focussed with the desire to provide outstanding levels of service at all times
