Our client, a leader in the automotive parts industry, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and extremely friendly team. This is a great role for a lively individual with strong Excel skills (ideally V look ups / pivot tables) and a confident communication style.
The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator:
- Dealing with existing customer based to build relationships
- Processing orders and dealing with order, stock and delivery enquiries / requests
- Using SAP and Excel
- Taking orders through phone, email and EDI interfaces
- Dealing with external sales team and offering support to them and their customers
The skills & qualities needed to be a Customer Service Coordinator:
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel (ideally V look ups / pivot tables)
- Great communication skills - energetic and friendly
- Proven experience in a customer service position - ideally office/phone based
- Attention to detail - able to differentiate products and ensure all order details are correct
- Can work as part of a team as well as alone
