We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer & Admin Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in generating new business, developing sales, and managing customer accounts. You will be responsible for managing all customer quotation requests, building a pipeline of sales opportunities, and providing support for the Order Processing and Admin Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Produce and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage further sales and manage customer relationships.
  • Use CRM systems to keep track of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Proactively contact potential new customers and reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and provide support for social media activities.
  • Cover for the Order Processing and Admin Manager as needed, including handling customer calls, managing orders, and processing payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and eager to grow business relationships and sales.
