Role overview:We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Daventry As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a deep knowledge of our product offerings.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the multi-metal sector.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and research.

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide price quotes, and process orders promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate and organized sales records and generate reports as needed.
