Customer Service Representative / Internal Account Coordinator Are you a Customer Focused and Centric individual who strives to provide outstanding customer service satisfaction? Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting a brand new role for a global manufacturing company to join our client's dynamic team. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager providing assistance and support to customers who have inquiries, issues, or require information about the products and services. You act as the main point of contact for customers and strive to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any problems they may encounter.The Role:

  • Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner. Providing information about products, services, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Order Processing: Managing customer orders, including order entry, verification, and tracking. Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and production, to ensure timely delivery of orders. Addressing any order-related concerns or delays.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints, issues, or concerns. Collaborating with relevant departments to address product defects, shipping problems, or billing discrepancies. Taking ownership of customer issues and following up until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, features, and benefits. Staying updated on new product releases, specifications, and industry trends. Being able to effectively communicate this information to customers and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions, using the CRM system. Generating reports on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels. Providing insights and recommendations to management for improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales account management or similar role, preferably within a customer-centric environment.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and personable in your approach.
