HR Business Advisor - 56309

The umbrella rate starts at £26.75/hr, increasing to £32.32/hr after 12 weeks (inside IR35). What You Will Do:

• Coach and support People Leaders through HR-related actions including the resolution of employee relations issues.
• Support all resourcing requirements aligned to the resourcing and skills strategy.
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including People Leaders and Trade Union partners.
• Use data to proactively identify business needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver continuous improvements.
• Advise on the interpretation and implementation of Company policies to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
• Partner with key stakeholders on the management of absence cases to support employee wellbeing and reduce absence levels.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong HR background, demonstrating a deep knowledge of HR products and services (Manufacturing or Distribution sector experience desirable).
• Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence, with a flexible mindset.
• Experience with HR administration and evidence of working on varied HR projects.
• Background in working with Trade Union partners and managing Absence Management and Disciplinary actions.
• Degree or equivalent/CIPD preferred, but relevant experience/skills are highly valued.
