Technical Support Officer Responsibilities-

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for electrical circuit protection products.
  • Guide customers on product selection, installation procedures, and operational concerns.
  • Work closely with engineering and sales teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges.
  • Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
  • Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations for both clients and internal teams.
  • Manage technical support inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, product advancements, and new technologies.


Technical Support Officer Requirements-

  • Previous experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on circuit protection ( requirement)
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical principles and product functionality.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Expertise in using technical support tools and relevant software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Technical certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or similar fields ( or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role (desirable).
