Monday to Friday 8am-4pm£12.33 per hour.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:* Operates in a manner that delivers and maintains the expected GMP standards for all administrative/office areas * Carries out core and critical warehouse tasks/activities in any of our warehouse areas and various temperature regimes (Ambient, chilled and frozen)* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures and policies including near miss/accident reporting.* Maintaining and updating all relevant administrative system activities and functional documentation in a timely manner.* Day to day management of critical system processes - inbound/outbound tracking and compliance.* Ensuring clear communication to delivery drivers coming onto our site to ensure safe and efficient operating and movement of people in our inbound and outbound areas.* Working collaboratively and supportively with warehouse management, peers and key factory stakeholders to ensure an efficient and timely flow of goods to and from our manufacturing areas and onward to our customers.* Building and nurturing strong relationships across the function and factory working closely with key stakeholders.* Supporting the Warehouse Team Leader ensuring they have all key inbound and outbound requirements and timings.* Meets shift objective and warehouse plans maintaining a service level of > 98.5%. * Proactively flags and escalates risk to management working proactively to find appropriate solutions.* Manages personal hygiene standards and time and attendance requirements.* Meets and completes all personal training and compliance activities/documentation in required timelines.* Supports the warehouse operation in the timely out loading of finished goods, within customer presentation standards and timelines ensuring all relevant paperwork and system administration is completed and accurate.* Other duties may also be assigned as deemed appropriate.Key Skills:* Has good administrative and organisational skills.* Has previously held a similar administrative role in a warehouse environment.* Has capability to multitask and manage multiple activities.* Has experience in using warehouse management systems - Microsoft, WMS.* Ability to nurture and develop strong and collaborative relationship with management, stakeholders and peers. * Understands and adheres to Health & Safety procedures, reports and expectations.* Has the ability to spot opportunities to improve functional processes to deliver performance improvements.* Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills at all levels of the business.* Has a good level of understanding of basic warehouse functions, processes and accountabilities.* Ideally has worked in a large, fast paced, multi temperature warehousing environment.* Preferably has experience of working in a manufacturing environment (preferable but not essential).* Nurtures a proactive, supportive, inclusive and positive culture in the workplace.Personal Attributes:* Flexible in approach and adaptable to support functional/site challenges or demand changes.* Must be a team player working with shift colleague to meet delivery expectations.* Sets a high personal standard and works inclusively. * Comfortable taking instruction and guidance. * Aptitude to learn new systems and processes to meet training requirements.* Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude and is proactive in their approach.* Safety conscious approach, challenges risk.* Able to positively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders and functional management.* Demonstrates the desire and attitude to progress in the role and function.
