This is a successful family business and this role is about the continuous development of client accounts.
You will manage all customer quotation requests.
The Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship and Quotations Manager
- Sales Quotations - respond to customer quotation requests, and timely follow up.
- Be proactive with all sales, managing the process of Keeping in touch to encourage repeat order placement
- Keep the CRM system up to date with the status of each quotation. Ensure all new enquiries are added as new contacts, following the exact process.
- Customer Account Management - continually looking at ways to grow the relationship
- Proactively call and email prospects who have contacted the client for quotations but did not purchase from them
The Skills and Behaviours required for the Customer Relationship and Quotations Manager
- Positive go getting, self motivated approach
- Customer Relationship experience and experience in calculating costs
- Outstanding communication skills
