Our Client based in Daventry is seeking an experienced machine Sales, Hire and Service Coordinator to handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new customers and accounts. You will manage and grow relationships with hire companies, identify new accounts and work to and exceed sales and hire KPI's with performance related bonuses.
You will also coordinate the CRM system to schedule and coordinate machine hires efficiently, liaise directly with the customers providing excellent customer service as well as provide warranties for any damage or misuse of the equipment.
You will also deal with service and parts escalating calls to engineers when required.
Ideal candidate will have proven experience of a Sales, Hire and Service department, have a knowledge of construction machinery or similar, have very strong communication skills both internally and externally, have knowledge of CRM system and possess a general"can do attitude".
This role with provide the potential for the ideal candidate to career progress into a management position.
Salary 30k to 35k plus annual bonus up to 10k
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm Friday 8am to 2pm.
