Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, supervise, and evaluate a small legal team.
- Manage a personal caseload of private client matters, including drafting Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and handling Trust and Estate Administration.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
- Organise workloads efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the department’s growth and development by supporting junior staff and enhancing team knowledge.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support clients effectively.
Desirable Experience
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive, Probate Practitioner, or Junior Solicitor.
- Consideration will be given to experienced Paralegals or part-qualified professionals looking to complete their training.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
