New Business Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic New Business Team Member to join a dynamic team. The main responsibility of this role is to make outbound sales calls and book appointments for field-based Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telesales and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound sales calls to potential customers and qualifying new leads
  • Actively pursuing lapsed customers and identifying opportunities with them
  • Fact finding and establishing new client information
  • Communicating with the Field Sales Team and updating leads in the database
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a telesales role
  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of using own initiative
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Resilience to cope with challenges and objections
