We’re working with a well-established organisation seeking a Project Finance Assistant to join their team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a significant systems transformation project, transitioning from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
This is a full-time role based in Deeside with hybrid working available. You’ll play a key role within the project team, supporting data migration, system testing, reporting, and training.
Key Responsibilities:

Support data migration from the legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Assist with system testing, highlighting any issues and ensuring a smooth transition.

Help develop user guides and support training sessions for finance colleagues.

Maintain accurate financial reporting during the transition period.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Maintain clear documentation of processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Liaise with IT, finance, and project management teams to ensure project success.

Provide general administrative support to the project team.
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a project or finance assistant role, ideally involving system implementations.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
