Project Finance Assistant – 14-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Deeside (On site 
Salary: Competitive

We’re working with a well-established organisation seeking a Project Finance Assistant to join their team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a significant systems transformation project, transitioning from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

This is a full-time role based in Deeside with hybrid working available. You’ll play a key role within the project team, supporting data migration, system testing, reporting, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data migration from the legacy system to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with system testing, highlighting any issues and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Help develop user guides and support training sessions for finance colleagues.

  • Maintain accurate financial reporting during the transition period.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

  • Liaise with IT, finance, and project management teams to ensure project success.

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a project or finance assistant role, ideally involving system implementations.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment.
