The Factory Operative role involves a variety of general factory duties such as operating power tools, monitoring production lines, and ensuring quality control.
Candidates should have some experience with wood and/or power tools, although it is not essential, and experience in similar roles is preferred.
The position offers an hourly rate of £12.00 and requires a flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, with weekends off.

As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general factory duties including but not limited to operating power tools, monitoring production lines, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed.Our Factory Operatives all have a flexible approach to work and can work in a quick and efficient manner.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7.30am - 4.15pm (0730-1615) and Fridays: 7am - 1.30pm (0700-1330)Hourly Rate:£12.00 per hour Responsibilities• Preparing pallets for dispatch.• Basic inspection and quality checks• Working with specifications• Intaking goods.
