Senior Paraplanner / Manager£50,000+Office basedWest Cheshire / Merseyside  Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to step up into a Senior / Managerial position? Are you already in a Paraplanning management role and interested in a fresh start?  If either of the above are true then this role should be of interest:    A Chartered Financial Planning firm with multiple offices (50+ staff) across the West Cheshire and Merseyside region are looking to hire an individual with a strong background in Paraplanning and ideally some exposure to management / senior responsibilities.  This opportunity will be predominantly focused on adding hands on technical Paraplanning experience to the team, including demonstrating understanding of the advice process before long-term developing into a leadership role across both of the offices.  Expectations:
  • - Carrying out technical Paraplanning work.
  • - Managing the Paraplanning team, including coaching, review meetings, appraisals and feedback.
  • - Involved in training both new and existing staff members.
  • - Assisting with recruitment.
