They are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the Project/Sales team undertaking the following duties:-

Job Summary: The Internal Account Manager will be responsiblefor managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients,ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

ProblemSolving:Address client enquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:Work closely withs ales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop tailored solutions.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

MarketAnalysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Education:An interest or qualifications in IT/Technical subjects.

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Office packages such as Excel.

Attributes:Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently aswell as part of a team.
