They are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join the Project/Sales team undertaking the following duties:-

Job Summary: The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: An interest or qualifications in IT/Technical subjects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Office packages such as Excel.
  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
