Proactive Personnel are working with a reputable food manufacturing company based in Deeside to recruit for a Technical Administrator to join their long-standing Technical team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who has worked within a Quality/Technical environment to join a well established business who offer fantastic benefits alongside strong progression routes.

Technical Administrator Duties -

  • Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System with accurate documents and information
  • Creating Certificates of Compliance and Analysis for finished products and raw materials
  • Working closely with customers and suppliers
  • Assisting with Audit preparation
  • Finished product quality checks

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role - ideally within food manufacturing
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and quality assurance processes is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to assess data and provide insights for decision-making.
