External Affairs & Communications Administrator

£28k per annum

Monday - Friday / 8am - 4:30pm

Our client based in Deeside is currently recruiting for an External Affairs & Communications Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Performance Objectives

  • Involved in the maintenance of stakeholder engagement maps and other communication channels.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the External Affairs Strategy, including public relations, marketing and communication strategies.
  • Enhancement of the organisations public image and brand. Building and maintaining a positive public image for the organisation.
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of communications register and grievance register.
  • Responsible for the gathering and completion of reports for lenders.
  • Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all internal and external newsletters.
  • Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Management of external community engagement and learning outreach, building networks and developing suitable programmes and activities.
  • The creation of internal and external communications materials and content aligned with the business strategy.
  • Management of digital communications channels and creating content.
  • Analysing data and information derived from digital platforms.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and management of the external communications processes.

Person Specification

  • Experience of managing internal communications processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience within digital communications and marketing, including content management and analysis across social media platforms.
  • Understanding of social media and the impact of the brands voice through different channels.
  • Analysing and interpreting digital analytics to enable digital communications and channel developments.
  • Experience in report writing and the development of presentations.
  • Experience in the development of relevant, eye-catching online content.
  • Experience in Microsoft office and illustrator tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
