Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager (Pipework)
Location: Deeside
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months (likely to extend)
Pay Rate: Circa 45 per hour (CIS or Ltd)
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale pipework projects. This is a key leadership role on-site, requiring hands-on management of teams, subcontractors, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site mechanical and pipework activities
Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and project schedules
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
Work closely with project engineers and management.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large mechanical/pipework projects
Valid CSCS/CCNSG Card and relevant qualifications
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Friday | 07:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
- 45 hours per week, increasing to 60 hours as the project progresses
- Overtime available:
- Saturday: x1.3
- Sunday: x1.5
Payment Details:
- 45 per hour (or 34.33 PAYE)
- Payment options: CIS, Ltd, or Umbrella
- Ltd Contractors must have full insurance in place
