Process Engineer -Manufacturing

Location: Deeside, Flintshire, North Wales

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable)

Are you a motivated and dynamic Process Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a major transformation? We are recruiting for a key role in a growing team, working on an exciting new manufacturing project.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the infrastructure development of the factory building.
  • Assisting in forming technical specifications for machines, buildings, and equipment.
  • Working with the team to prepare for start-up and beyond.
  • Training newly hired operators.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly project reports.
  • Helping to develop a newly forming team.

What You’ll Need:

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science or relevant Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and acceptance testing of machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of Tissue paper machines, pulping equipment, and chemical dosing systems.
  • Experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP, SAGE, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Strong team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

On-Site Role.

Travel - Some UK and overseas travel may be required.
