Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor – Industrial Sheds – North Wales- £400-450 per day Outside IR35 – 12 Months Contract

My client are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor for a freelance position to oversee the construction of six industrial steel frame sheds in the Deeside area, North Wales. This 12-month contract is positioned outside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate of £400-£450.

The successful candidate will manage the commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring its completion on time and within budget. The role involves cost control, management of subcontractor accounts, preparation of cash flows, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in managing M&E projects.
