Job: Site Engineer

Our client specialises in the restoration and enhancement of concrete structures, ranging from bridges and wind turbines to tunnels, aqueducts, and heritage-listed buildings. With a diverse clientele including primary contractors, subcontractors, and end clients, they stand at the forefront of their field, offering you exposure to a wide array of projects.

You should be an excellent leader and have great interpersonal skills, as well as the following:
Â
- Implementing strategies as discussed with management.
- Experienced working with RAMS.
- Checking design plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Develop method statements and risk assessment.
- Keeping accurate records, including a diary, of all site activities.
- Supporting the team, and any other site engineering duties as required.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Civil Engineering related degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering projects.
- Experience an Engineer working on concrete repairs is desirable.
- Appropriate knowledge of health and safety polices.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Valid CSCS.
- A full UK driving license.
- Flexibility for travel and occasional working away.
