• Plan and carry out audit assignments with responsibility from start to finish
• Prepare statutory accounts and supporting documentation from client records
• Liaise directly with clients, resolving queries and managing expectations
• Mentor and review the work of junior staff, supporting their development
• Oversee multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Coordinate internal schedules and workflow planning

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively working toward qualification
• Prior experience in an audit and accounts role within a practice environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
• Passion for delivering quality work and helping colleagues grow

• £38,000 to £48,000 pa
• Permanent, full-time role
