Role Responsibilities- Plan and carry out audit assignments with responsibility from start to finish
- Prepare statutory accounts and supporting documentation from client records
- Liaise directly with clients, resolving queries and managing expectations
- Mentor and review the work of junior staff, supporting their development
- Oversee multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate internal schedules and workflow planning

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively working toward qualification
- Prior experience in an audit and accounts role within a practice environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- Passion for delivering quality work and helping colleagues grow
- £38,000 to £48,000 pa
- Permanent, full-time role
