As a Private Client Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and business owners. You will oversee tax compliance, provide advisory services, and work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of private clients, ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, trusts, and estates
- Advising clients on tax planning opportunities and mitigating liabilities
- Supporting junior team members and assisting with their development
- Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies on behalf of clients
- Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry developments
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ATT/CTA qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
