This isn’t your typical number-crunching role. Reporting directly to the CEO & CFO, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working on high-impact projects that drive business growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and assisting with valuations.
- Partnering with the CEO & CFO to develop financial models and scenario planning.
- Providing commercial insight to influence key decisions at board level.
- Acting as a key finance contact for newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Delivering financial reporting outside of standard management accounts, including daily performance updates.
- Supporting ad hoc financial projects, from process improvements to system integrations.

What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA qualified accountant with strong analytical skills.
- Commercially aware, able to challenge senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Excellent Excel skills, comfortable with financial modelling and data analysis.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working across teams.
