This role is crucial to the firm's ambitious growth plans and will suit a qualified accountant who thrives on enhancing financial processes, reporting, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead finance projects and support strategic initiatives alongside the Financial Controller.
- Oversee the quarterly consolidation of management accounts across multiple group entities.
- Produce subsidiary MI packs and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Support year-end reporting and liaise with external accountants.
- Enhance financial reporting systems and contribute to overall efficiency improvements.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential and working knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous.
- Analytical, methodical, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
