Alexander Daniels are proud to be working with a leading professional services firm in seeking a Project Accountant to join its growing team. This role is crucial to the firm's ambitious growth plans and will suit a qualified accountant who thrives on enhancing financial processes, reporting, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead finance projects and support strategic initiatives alongside the Financial Controller.
  • Oversee the quarterly consolidation of management accounts across multiple group entities.
  • Produce subsidiary MI packs and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Support year-end reporting and liaise with external accountants.
  • Enhance financial reporting systems and contribute to overall efficiency improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential and working knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous.
  • Analytical, methodical, and detail-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator and team player with a proactive approach.
