• Working on financial transactions, due diligence, and advisory projects
• Preparing financial reports and business valuations for clients across various sectors
• Supporting businesses with financial structuring, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Reviewing financial statements and assessing business performance
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and clients, providing insights and recommendations
• Supporting junior team members, providing training and mentoring as required

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA accountant or an Audit Senior looking to transition into a new role
• Strong technical knowledge of financial statements, business structures, and transaction support
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for financial trends
• A confident communicator, able to present findings clearly to clients and senior management
• Experience using accounting software such as CCH, Xero, or similar platforms
• A team player, keen to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
