Role Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing accounts for a portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Providing tax planning and compliance support, including VAT and tax return preparation
- Assisting in managing audits from planning through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Offering clients strategic business advice to support their growth and development
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Liaising directly with clients to address queries and provide financial insight
- Staying current on accounting standards and regulatory changes

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with a commitment to complete certification
- Experience in UK accountancy practice with a strong technical skill set
- Proficiency in accounts preparation, tax, and VAT
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
