An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a client based on Pride Park, working within a small team in a professional and modern Office.
Duties:
- Preparation of reports from Surveyors
- Diary Management
- Receiving telephone calls and emails daily
- General office administration duties including Data entry & managing invoices
Key Skills:
- Strong typing skills (preferably audio)
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- IT literate and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Property or Legal knowledge an advantage.
